This is to inform you that I am a regular user of Sun direct and I am happy with your service for the last 2 to 3 years. But I am forced to write this letter today because of the miss behavior of your staff : Team Leader Mr Praveen , I have contacted your Service support team to know the reason, why I am not able to recharge through your website. But your tele Caller could not reply me the actual reason and have no Idea to solve the issue.
So I agreed your tele caller to connect with any other person who can answer my doubte. They have transferred to Mr Praveen ( Team Leader). Sun Direct Complaint SR #CW171231054551 and SR#CW171231054764. But his way of answering was very wage, he treated me as an odd person which hurted me very badly. This was very shocking to me as a a customer of Sun direct. I didn’t expect this type of attitude from a reputed company like Sun Direct.

I am the customer of sundirect for the last 3 days . Recently i faced some problem with the rely of some channels. I got “E 48-32 no signal” this message for which i made a complaint on 19 th and again on 20 and on 21 th like that three times they have taken the complaint and was given the complaint numbers too. Bu so far no one has turned up to resolve the complaint. They made deaf heard of me but they talk very politely whenever we made a call to them. I can not understand to whom i have to approach to resolve my problem.
